Why Neva's Potatoes?
Neva's Potatoes is the name of a delicious potato casserole Geneva Sugrue, the mother of Big Fish Restaurant Group proprietors, Eric & Norman Sugrue, used to make for her family and friends.
One of the first and best decisions the Sugrue brothers made, back in the first days of "Big Fish" was to include their mom's homemade potato dish on the first Big Fish Grill menu and Neva's Potatoes have been a hands-down guest favorite ever since.
Neva's Potatoes represents the best of all things Big Fish and we wanted to acknowledge the homemade origins of the Big Fish Grill and of all the people, restaurants, and businesses associated with the Big Fish Restaurant Group.
